Position:  Sr. Director of Youth & Family Program and Operations/Associate Executive Director                    Salary Range:  $90,000.00 - $100,00.00 At the Y, Social Services Means Community in Action. The YMCA Youth & Family Services, the social services branch is seeking a Senior Director/Associate Executive Director to lead operations, people, and programs in alignment with our mission and community impact goals.  This role is for a leader who turns strategy into action, builds high-performing teams, and delivers measurable results. Your Impact: Lead StrategicallyOversee Youth & Family Services operations, ensuring programs and business functions align with priorities and deliver meaningful outcomes.
