The YMCA Youth & Family Services, the social services branch is seeking a Senior Director/Associate Executive Director to lead operations, people, and programs in alignment with our mission and community impact goals. This role is for a leader who turns strategy into action, builds high-performing teams, and delivers measurable results.
Your Impact:
Lead StrategicallyOversee Youth & Family Services operations, ensuring programs and business functions align with priorities and deliver meaningful outcomes.

Deliver ResultsEnsure programs are safe, high-quality, and outcome-driven, with a clear focus on community impact.

What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree required
