Looking for a rewarding way to spend your afternoons? The YMCA of Greater Richmond is seeking team-oriented individuals to support our after-school programs across the Hanover/Henrico Region.

• Partner with program staff to keep activities running smoothly and on schedule
• Assist with group management, transitions, and daily routines
• Set up and clean up activity spaces, snacks, and materials
• Offer encouragement and support to children as they participate in games and projects
• Help maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for all participants

• Friendly, dependable, and eager to contribute
• Comfortable working in a team and taking direction
• Interest in gaining experience with youth programs
• At least 16 years old.

• Hands-on exposure to youth programming and group supervision
