Wellness Coach - Northside YMCA

The Northside Family YMCA is seeking part time friendly individuals with a passion for wellness to work with members as Wellness Coaches. The pay range for this position is $15-$17 per hour based on experience and qualifications. We are looking for individuals who can work Monday & Wednesday opening shifts (5:15-9:00am) and morning shifts (9:00-1:00pm) as well as the afternoon shifts (1:00-5:00pm) on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

DUTIES of a Wellness Coach

Wellness coaches will build relationships with members, provide equipment orientations, conduct fitness evaluations, clean equipment, and assist members on the wellness floor. The pay range for this part-time position is $15-$17 per hour.

QUALIFICATIONS of a Wellness Coach

Wellness coaches must be at least 18 years of age, have a high school diploma or GED, and have current CPR, AED and First Aid certifications. If not currently certified, we will certify you! We are eagerly looking for candidates who have a background in wellness.
