You will join the Central Marketing team and take ownership of Younited’s global web performance and acquisition strategy. Your role will be to define and enforce global standards, ensure a high‑performing and scalable website ecosystem, and maximize online acquisition efficiency across all countries and business lines.
You will operate at a strategic level, setting the vision and framework for both Paid and Organic acquisition, while working closely with local Business Units to ensure execution aligned with global guidelines and business objectives.
You will manage the Sr. Traffic Manager and the Sr. SEO/GEO Manager, with hierarchical and functional reporting to the Head of Marketing Central.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →You will define global standards and strategic priorities for web performance, Paid Media and SEO/GEO across all markets
- →You will ensure alignment between central strategy and local execution with Business Units
- →You will position the website as a core strategic asset supporting business growth and acquisition efficiency
- You will be accountable for Core Web Vitals, page speed, indexing and crawlability, in collaboration with Integration teams and technical partners
- You will work with Marketing Analytics to define a best‑in‑class tracking and tagging framework for key business metrics
- You will ensure the website ecosystem is scalable, robust and performance‑driven
- You will build and drive a continuous CRO roadmap with Design and Product teams
- You will ensure strong CMS governance and oversee the Wordpress and Younited.com migration
- You will be a key stakeholder in Younited’s acquisition transformation linked to AI, including GEO and LLM positioning
- You have at least 7 years of professional experience in web performance, acquisition or digital marketing roles
- You have B2C experience (Fintech experience is not required) and at least one first managerial experience
- You have led SEA, SEO and CMS (Wordpress) projects, with hands‑on or strategic ownership of these channels
- You are fluent in English and comfortable working in an international environment

- A second video interview with Ricardo, your future direct manager and Head of Central Marketing at Younited (60’)
- A case study to prepare and present onsite at our offices (60’)
- A final video interview with Pierre‑Marin, your future N+2 and Group COO at Younited (45’)
