We are looking for individuals who want more than just a job. This position is for people who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in producing high-quality work, and want to learn real skills in the landscape and horticultural trades.

Our team maintains residential and commercial properties throughout Western New York with a strong focus on professionalism, attention to detail, and craftsmanship.

Among other benefits, after the season starts, our crews enjoy 4-4.5 day workweeks. With longer days at the start of the week, there's more time to enjoy the summer. 

Typical Work Includes:

• Mowing, trimming, and property maintenance
• Assisting with landscaping and tree work
• Working outdoors with a small team focused on quality

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather

You must have a valid driver's license. 

Experience in landscaping, equipment operation, truck or trailer driving is a bonus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals who want to learn.

Important to Know:

This is physical outdoor work and takes place in a variety of weather conditions. Some days are hot, some days are wet, and some days are physically demanding.

We are looking for people who enjoy working with their hands, staying productive, and seeing the results of their effort at the end of the day.
