Understand the organization’s goals and objectives, and develop marketing strategies and plans to achieve them.

Research and analyze market trends, demographics, competitor products, and other relevant information to help form marketing strategies, globally.

Oversee and coordinate product development and monitor trends that indicate the need for new products and services.

Plan & develop marketing campaigns to promote products and services, working with advertising and promotion managers.

Develop communication tools under the direction of the Sales Management.

Oversee and streamline copy-writing for promotional materials, such as brochures and website content, and create / oversee production of marketing collateral.

Spearhead and manage social media accounts, post content on a regular basis to engage followers and build brand awareness.

Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

Coordinate event logistics and participate in industry events to generate leads and build relationships.

Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers (or freelancers) to get the best terms possible.

Prepare budgets and track expenses to stay within budget constraints.

Ability to think critically and exercise independent judgment and discretion.

Capable of handling multiple tasks with competing priorities under minimal supervision.

Results-oriented and solution-focused with a problem-solving attitude.

Self-motivated with a learning attitude and a sense of urgency.

Desire to work within a start-up environment, contributing to developing business infrastructure and aggressively scaling a high-growth business.

Strong writing and editing skills; ability to distill complex and technical topics into concise communication.

Appreciation for others’ views; ability to exert influence and earn stakeholder confidence quickly.

Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.

1-3 years professional experience in marketing or a related field.

Working knowledge of MS Office & AI tools.

Experience with content marketing, SEO, and social media marketing.

Proficiency in Google Analytics and other reporting tools
