Campaign Strategy & Execution
• Own end-to-end planning and execution of performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads (Search,
Display, YouTube, Shopping), Meta Ads, and native platforms
• Develop channel-wise strategies aligned with business and revenue goals
• Identify scaling opportunities through audience segmentation, keyword expansion, and creative testing
Optimization & Performance
• Continuously optimize campaigns for CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversions
• Drive structured A/B testing across creatives, copies, landing pages, and bidding strategies
• Monitor performance closely and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI
Budgeting & Scaling
• Manage and allocate budgets efficiently across multiple campaigns and channels
• Track spends, forecast performance, and ensure optimal utilization of budgets
• Identify high-performing channels and scale campaigns accordingly
Analytics & Reporting
• Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, ad platforms, and other tools
• Build insights-driven reports highlighting performance, learnings, and next steps
• Connect campaign performance to business impact
Collaboration & Ownership
• Work closely with marketing, product, and creative teams to improve campaign outcomes
• Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging ad formats

• Familiarity with digital ad platforms like Taboola, Outbrain, or other native ad platforms is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of campaign metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
• Understanding of Google Analytics and performance tracking is a plus.
• Strong interest in learning campaign optimization, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
