We are looking for a Deputy Manager - Publisher Sales to join our team!
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles targeting mid to large enterprise accounts with a focus on video and display monetization.
  • Identify and engage with enterprise accounts & Present tailored solutions and onboard them to our monetization platform.
  • Enable enterprise accounts to build and optimize their ad stack. Advocate performance-driven monetization via direct ad placements.
  • Forge and manage strategic relationships with premium enterprise accounts and key ad-tech partners to boost revenue and product adoption.
  • Own forecasting, reporting, and CRM hygiene. Provide accurate and actionable revenue projections.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team — setting clear goals, providing regular feedback, and ensuring continuous professional development.
  • Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented environment where team members are encouraged to share best practices, innovate, and achieve both individual and team targets.
  • Oversee performance metrics and coaching plans to maximize productivity, deal conversion rates, and client satisfaction.
  • 4-5 years in publisher sales, B2B Sales, or digital ad-tech.
  • Experience in leading and mentoring sales teams with a track record of driving team success.
  • Pro at initiating conversations through non-conventional reachouts.
  • Knows their way around programmatic, SSPs & video ad tech (bonus points!)
  • Stellar negotiator, communicator & analytical thinker.
  • Self-starter with a hustler mindset — you chase, not wait.
