- Understanding of Short-Term Rental (STR) and Long-Term Rental (LTR) operational documentation.
- Knowledge of document verification and compliance requirements.
- Understanding of confidential document handling and data protection practices.
- Ability to maintain document logs, registers, and reporting records.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in data analysis and visualisation tools such as: MS Excel, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Power BI, MS Word, MS Power Point, tools.
Requirements

- Location: Lahore.
- Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient with MS office and strong communication, verbal skills are mandatory.
