The Product Marketing Manager plays a key role in shaping how ZDHC explains its work, products, and ambitions to the outside world.
This is not a traditional marketing coordination role. The position sits at the intersection of product thinking, storytelling, sustainability, market engagement, and go-to-market strategy. A large part of the role involves helping translate complex, evolving, and sometimes messy ideas into clear narratives, positioning, value propositions, and stakeholder-facing materials that people can understand and engage with.
Working closely with the Senior Market & Product Growth Manager, the role leads the development and execution of externally facing narratives, campaigns, launches, and go-to-market approaches linked to ZDHC’s programmes, digital ecosystem, and future product directions.
The role will also work closely with different product and programme leads across the ZDHC ecosystem to help shape, refine, and support the execution of go-to-market strategies for key initiatives, tools, and services. This includes helping teams clarify positioning, sharpen messaging, align narratives, and translate evolving concepts into coherent market-facing stories.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building structure in environments that are still evolving, is comfortable navigating ambiguity and strong opinions, and can combine strategic thinking with practical execution.
