The Customer Service Representative is responsible for completing the day-to-day tracking and tracing of Brokerage loads. The primary focus of the Customer Service Representative is to work with Carrier Procurement and Sales to monitor on-time service and communicate any issues while maintaining a high level of customer service.

  • Monitor all pickups and deliveries of Brokerage loads, working closely with the operations team

  • Update times and location of loads in tracking software (TMW)

  • Communicate all potential service issues to Sales and Procurement

  • Provide prompt and professional responses to customer requests for additional information through written and verbal communication

  • Act as the right hand of client’s to our customers and carriers

  • 10+ business days of paid time off

  • Team building and corporate events

  • Equipment provided

  • A supportive team

    1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including oral and written communication

    2. Excellent data integrity and problem-solving skills

    3. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

    4. Ability to build relationships with carriers

    5. Ability to function in a team-based environment

    6. Ability to manage processes, make decisions and take appropriate action

    7. Ability to be flexible in a fast-paced and changing environment

    8. PC skills including, but not limited to: MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
