System engineer

We are looking for system engineer with 5+ years of experience to join our team in Sarajevo. This is a full-time, on-site role within our long-term partnership with one of Scandinavia's biggest brands, ICA. We are currently looking to fill 1 position for this role.

Start date - 08/2026

Development and software correction activities of both new and existing integration solutions for ICA Insurance. You will be working with colleagues in Sweden and locally in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

In this role, you will be responsible for building new functionality and features delivered to end users.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience
• Strong communication skills in the English language

• Strong experience with .NET Core and C#
• Experience designing and developing REST APIs and Microservices architectures
• Experience working with distributed systems and integrations
• Understanding of CI/CD practices and deployment processes
• Experience with Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes is highly desirable
• Strong troubleshooting and operational mindset
• Ability to work across development and infrastructure-related responsibilities
• Fluent English communication skills

• Project: Integration Team – ICA Insurance.
• Looking for a senior profile with both development and DevOps/infrastructure experience.
• Pure software developers without operational or DevOps exposure are not ideal for this role.
