About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-driven, organized, and motivated Accounts Payable Administrator to join our Finance team.

What You’ll Do

• Process, verify, and reconcile vendor invoices and payments
• Prepare and process cheques, EFTs, and credit card transactions
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records
• Reconcile A/P accounts monthly and resolve discrepancies
• Support A/R & A/P postings, deposits, and month-end processes
• Communicate professionally with vendors and internal teams
• Contribute to reporting, audits, and process improvement initiatives

What You Bring

• Previous experience in Accounts Payable, Accounting, or Finance Administration, or
  a recent graduate of an Accounting, Bookkeeping, or Business Administration program
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience with accounting systems (e.g., Sage Intacct) is an asset
• Great communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
