Apply NLP techniques to automate business processes in various domains
Conduct applied research in NLP
Maintain applied knowledge in existing NLP approaches
Own a learning schedule to be/remain a subject matter expert
Architect, build, scale, manage, and own ML solution pipelines
Convert applied solutions into common utilities or/and products (if applicable)
Participate in knowledge sharing sessions to level up other team members
Publish results to arXiv and/or scholarly journals
Participate in Kaggle competitions and apply knowledge gained to our applications

Hold a master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
Must have experience modeling business problems and turning them into actionable items
Built at least one end-to-end NLP solution (input data cleaning, labeling, encoding, decoding, and monitoring)
Worked on out-of-memory datasets and conducted large scale analytics
Able to comfortably and effectively read, write, and communicate maths and statistics

Hold a doctoral degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
Trained and deployed models in one of the following cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP.
Have done multi-instance/thread/GPU model training using TensorFlow and/or PyTorch.
Know the basics of Knowledge graph, BERT, GPT, and all their variants (since 2017)
Have exposure to representation learning, semi-supervised learning, active learning, and reinforcement learning.
