The team is currently responsible for the intake of work for non-CRM parts of the business into CRM, as well as the management of a subset of our dashboards. The Enterprise Operations AI Intern will support these efforts by helping streamline intake processes and improve data accuracy and visibility through automation and AI-driven insights. This internship will contribute to operational efficiency by enhancing reporting, identifying process gaps, and enabling more scalable, data-informed decision-making across the business.
- Real-world, hands-on experience in the marketing technology industry (85% of work in internship role and 15% of internship with professional development/webinars/activities)
- Hybrid in our Nashville office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in office)
- June 2nd through August 14th
- $23.00/hour
- Full-time - 40 hours per week
- Weekly lunches and social gatherings in office
- Speaker Series with subject matter experts across Zeta Global
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Design, build, and test AI agents and copilots using internal platforms and frameworks to support enterprise workflows and operational use cases.
- →Develop and optimize prompts, workflows, and logic chains to improve agent reliability, accuracy, and task automation.
- →Automate current reports and data loads for PowerBI dashboards
- →Rollout Agents to portfolio teams
Requirements
~1 min read- Familiarity with AI or machine learning concepts, especially large language models (LLMs), chatbots, or copilots.
- Basic experience with prompt engineering, workflow design, or building simple automatio
- Basic proficiency in scripting languages for prototyping and integrations.
- Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations (preferred but not required).
