We are seeking a visionary and execution-driven Director of Enterprise AI Solutions to spearhead our Enterprise AI initiatives aimed at driving automation, optimizing operations, and unlocking efficiencies across all business functions. This role will serve as a critical bridge between business and technology—identifying high-impact use cases, quantifying ROI, and delivering scalable AI solutions that transform the way we work.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Lead the design and execution of AI programs that deliver automation, operational efficiency, and innovation across enterprise functions (e.g., Finance, HR, Sales, Operations, Customer Service).
- →Partner with business leaders to identify pain points and opportunities where AI can create measurable value.
- →Develop and manage an evolving AI roadmap, balancing quick wins with long-term strategic initiatives based on business need and ROI potential.
- →Stay at the forefront of the AI landscape, continuously scanning for emerging tools, frameworks, and capabilities to bring cutting-edge solutions in-house.
- →Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, analysts, and product owners to deliver AI solutions from pilot to production.
- →Operationalize responsible and ethical AI adoption, with attention to data governance, privacy, model explainability, and bias mitigation.
- →Foster a culture of innovation and AI literacy, enabling teams to think creatively and confidently about how AI can improve business outcomes.
- →Present program updates to executive stakeholders, including KPIs, risks, and scaling opportunities.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, Engineering, or related field. MBA or advanced business training is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML program delivery, with a strong track record in enterprise or business-facing roles.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts including LLMs, computer vision, NLP, supervised and unsupervised learning.
- Familiarity with MLOps, cloud AI platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, etc.), and modern data pipelines.
- Proven experience building business cases, calculating ROI, and gaining executive buy-in for AI initiatives.
