As a Customer Success Analyst, you will work with our diverse teams of leading professionals to help architect and implement Zimperium’s mobile security solutions, solving some of today’s toughest cybersecurity challenges so that our clients can achieve their business objectives and manage operational risk. You will build on your foundations in Engineering, Information Technology, and Business to design and implement Zimperium technologies that integrate with business-aligned cyber risk management programs with processes and solutions with strategy, risk, legal, and regulatory components.

 

The candidate for this role will assist with managing post-sale client relationships including advising clients on technical design and configuration of Zimperium products, building and managing client relationships, managing product renewals, facilitating expansion opportunities, driving solution adoption & business value, managing escalations and achieving overall customer satisfaction.  The role requires a blend of client relationship experience and a strong technical background.

Responsibilities

  Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or Business Administration with a technical focus).

  Graduation Timeline: Must be a recent graduate or currently enrolled in a degree program graduating by June 2026.

  Technical Foundations: Foundational understanding of cybersecurity principles, mobile devices, mobile app development, network architecture, IT operations or cyber risk management frameworks.

  Communication: Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills essential to interacting with clients and teams.

  Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (or respective hiring country) without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

  Travel: Willingness to travel as needed for client assignments (travel requirements vary by project and client needs).

Requirements

  Demonstrated recent leadership, such as in a campus club, society, sports team, or other extracurricular activity.

  Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills in support of both innovative and operational enhancement opportunities.

  Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across diverse Zimperium team members and client stakeholders.

  Ability to identify, learn, understand, and implement new concepts, frameworks, and emerging technologies.

  Relevant internship experience in consulting, cybersecurity or mobile app development.

  Introductory certifications (e.g., Security+, Network+, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner) are a plus but not strictly required.
