Join Zip’s Technology function, responsible for building and maintaining seamless, secure and sustainable platforms that enable customers to shop with confidence and merchant partners to grow their brands.

As Senior Manager, Corporate IT, you will lead the function responsible for delivering secure, reliable and modern technology experiences to Zipsters across Australia and New Zealand. This is an opportunity to shape the strategy, operating model and employee technology experience that powers our business every day.

Combining strategic leadership with hands on operational excellence, you will partner closely with leaders across Technology, Security, People & Culture and Finance to drive innovation, strengthen governance and create technology experiences that help our people do their best work. From workplace technology and enterprise applications through to automation, AI adoption and technology procurement, your impact will be felt across the entire organisation.

  • Develop and deliver the Corporate IT strategy and roadmap, ensuring technology services scale with the needs of a growing business
  • Lead and inspire a high performing Corporate IT team, creating an environment focused on collaboration, growth and continuous improvement
  • Own the end to end employee technology experience across IT support, workplace technology, collaboration tools, identity and access management, endpoint management and enterprise applications
  • Drive automation and AI enabled solutions that improve productivity, streamline processes and enhance the employee experience
  • Lead technology procurement, vendor management and SaaS governance activities, delivering strong commercial outcomes and operational efficiency
  • Partner with Security, Engineering, Finance and People & Culture teams to strengthen governance, compliance, resilience and service delivery
  • Establish meaningful service metrics, reporting and operational standards that improve visibility, accountability and performance
  • Identify opportunities to modernise systems, optimise technology investments and improve the way Zipsters interact with technology every day

So whether you meet some or all of the desirable attributes below, we’d still love to hear from you:

  • 10+ years’ experience leading Corporate IT, Workplace Technology, Enterprise Technology or IT Operations functions within a technology, fintech, financial services or similarly complex environment
  • A track record of leading high performing technology teams and delivering exceptional service, employee experience and operational outcomes
  • Strong expertise across workplace technology, identity and access management, endpoint management, enterprise applications and IT service management
  • Experience managing technology procurement, vendor relationships, software licensing and SaaS governance with a focus on commercial value
  • The ability to influence senior stakeholders and build trusted partnerships across Technology, Security, Finance, People & Culture and broader business teams
  • Experience balancing customer outcomes, operational excellence, governance and risk management within a fast paced environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into practical business outcomes
  • A mindset that embraces AI and new tools to adapt, learn and grow.
