As a Junior Specialist – Productivity Support Team (PST), you will support day-to-day operational and administrative tasks by executing structured workflows across expenses, travel coordination, office engagement, and documentation.
This role is focused on accurate execution, process adherence, and timely completion of tasks while working closely with team members and stakeholders. You will operate within defined SOPs and receive guidance on prioritization and decision-making.

  • Upload and track expense claims in internal tools, ensuring all required details and approvals are complete
  • Assist in travel bookings (flights, hotels) based on instructions from stakeholders or senior team members
  • Support calendar scheduling by coordinating meeting availability and sending invites
  • Maintain trackers (Google Sheets/Jira) by updating request status, timelines, and completion details
  • Support execution of office engagement activities (e.g., vendor coordination, logistics setup, material tracking)
  • Follow SOPs and checklists to complete assigned tasks accurately and consistently
  • Respond to stakeholder requests and queries within defined timelines
  • Escalate issues such as missing approvals, unclear instructions, or delays to senior team members
  • Maintain proper documentation of actions taken for each request

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputed institution
  • 0–2 years of experience in operations, administrative support, coordination, or similar roles
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive and structured workflows with high accuracy
  • Basic proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Calendar)
  • Familiarity with tracking or ticketing tools (e.g., Jira) is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders
  • Basic familiarity with tracking tools (e.g., Jira) is a plus
  • Ability to handle sensitive information (expenses, schedules) with discretion
  • Familiarity with AI tools for documentation, summarization, or workflow support is a plus
  • Willingness to learn tools, workflows, and new processes
