The MES Specialist II is responsible for the configuration, deployment, and operational support of MES workflows within a defined production area or value stream. This role translates manufacturing processes into digital workflows, supports real-time production needs, and drives incremental system improvements. Tasks and responsibilities expected for this role include those captured by lower role specific levels. This role involves working closely with manufacturing managers, various engineering disciplines, production staff, and operations teams to support expected outcomes.

Scope & Ownership

Own MES configuration and support for a product line or value stream

Act as primary MES support for production in assigned area

Contribute to system standardization efforts
