HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
In this role, you will work alongside the marketing team to execute organic and paid content campaigns and help manage organic content ideation, creation, and publishing across social media. You will also support the team in influencer content briefing and monitoring, owned channel management, reviewing content performance, and briefing new content to the creative team. Your work will help support the wider marketing team in achieving their goals and driving brand growth.
  • Support the Content team with day-to-day operations across core activities, including organic content ideation and research, content creation and publishing across social media, influencer content briefing and UGC monitoring, and owned channel management (including website and EDM).
  • Assist in reviewing content performance, actioning insights, and briefing new content to the creative team to ensure alignment with brand goals.
  • Proactively suggest content ideas across brand channels that reflect the overarching platform and global content strategy.
  • Contribute to the execution of both organic and paid content campaigns in partnership with the wider marketing team.
  • Conduct competitor and audience research to help inform content strategy and support reporting on performance metrics to aid decision-making.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the broader brand marketing, content, and creative teams to share learnings and provide seamless support across initiatives.
  • Support inventory management of marketing collateral, assist in photoshoot coordination, and take on other ad hoc tasks to help drive team success.
  • You have 1-2 years of content or social media experience
  • You have relevant marketing field experiences especially in content, creatives, marketing campaigns and copy writing
  • Tertiary Degree in Marketing or any equivalent practice
  • Ability to create content for social media plans, e.g. short-form TikTok videos and co-ordinating Instagram content plans
  • You are passionate and savvy with social media platforms and pop culture trends.
  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • You have the ability to multi-task, set priorities, and stay focused in a dynamic and changing environment
  • You are excited to apply creative yet analytical thinking to social & digital content. and You are able to apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills
