About the project: 

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager who leads and manages the delivery and launch of products, guided by the strategy and the understanding of the user/client, collaborating with the different work areas, and continuously learning to seek opportunities for improvement and growth of the product. 

You will be able to: 

  • Develop and keep updated a comprehensive product strategy based on smart planning and continuous discovery.  
  • Build a roadmap and set key business objectives (OKRs) for your respective product.  
  • Leverage the knowledge of your product, as well as, customer feedback and establish other relevant data points to assess value, develop business cases, user story maps, and user stories, and prioritize the direction and desired outcomes for your product. 
  • Communicate effectively to stakeholders, the product strategy including the discovery, delivery, and optimization plans to product growth at the market. 
  • Lead a product and work in unison with engineers, UX designers, UX researchers, Product Strategy, Product Analysts, and business partners to deliver a product. 
  • Be the “voice of the product” to key stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and that the product team is getting the direction and support that it needs to be successful. 
  • Be a leader and empower the team to create missionaries and no mercenaries. 
  • Develop and actively understand the market (Benchmark), maintain a product roadmap and backlog outlining the customer themes, epics, and stories while prioritizing the backlog to focus on the highest impact work for your team and stakeholders.  
  • Encourage the open exchange of information and viewpoints, as well as, inspire others to achieve challenging goals and high standards of performance while committing to the organization’s direction. 
  • Foster a sense of urgency to achieve goals leverage resources to overcome unexpected obstacles, and partner with product teams across the organization to help them achieve their goals while pursuing and completing yours. 

What will help you succeed in this role: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in any engineering career 
  • 5+ Years of experience working as a Product Manager. 
  • 3+ Years of experience working in the Finance Industry or a Fintech. 
  • Years of experience working with B2B and/or B2C products. 
  • Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
