Job Description

JOB SUMMARY: Position will provide day to day management of conflict of interest (COI) disclosures and exclusion screenings.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Daily management of corporate COI disclosures and inquiries
  • Facilitation of annual conflict of interest disclosure launch for the enterprise
  • Facilitation of Conflict-of-Interest Committee, as needed to facilitate review of escalated COI disclosure matters
  • Daily management of exclusion screening notifications
  • Ongoing exclusion screening vendor engagement
  • Completion of an annual audit and monitoring plan focused on COI disclosure and exclusions screenings
  • Facilitate annual open payments review
  • Reporting of COI disclosure and exclusion screening key performance indicator (KPI) metrics
  • Maintains process documentation
  • Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
  • 3-5 years of healthcare industry or equivalent experience required

COMPENSATION:

  • Pay: $98,592-$135,000 annually. Compensation depends on location, qualifications, and experience
  • Position may be eligible for an Annual Incentive Plan bonus of 10%-25% depending on role level
  • Management level positions may be eligible for sign-on and relocation bonuses
