Your mission
Join us in revolutionising the future of workplace! We’re looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of a new product module. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and driving the development of a new product from 0 to 1. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to bring this product to market successfully. With your help, we will build one of the most powerful and simple products in the history of B2B SaaS. Are you ready for the ride?
In this role you will
- Understand, co-create, articulate, and evolve the vision and purpose of the new product with your Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success counterparts.
- Define a strategy, plan, and execute a roadmap to create a product that helps companies successfully navigate the new hybrid working world.
- Develop and foster a strong collaboration with GTM and Customer Success to enable shared vision, goals, and effective execution against the Product strategy.
- Align your team around strategic goals, relevant KPIs, and measures of success.
- Break down complex problems and transform them into iterative solutions in collaboration with Design, Engineering, and Product leadership.
- Systematically analyse customer feedback in collaboration with Design and customer-facing stakeholders.
What you need to be successful
- Minimum of 3-5 years as a Product Manager, with a proven track record of building customer-facing products in a B2B or B2C SaaS environment.
- Business, technical, or design background, and direct experience working alongside design and engineering teams to implement best-in-class solutions.
- Experience in building user journey maps and applying JTBD methodology, since you will be building a new product from the ground up.
- Proven ability to manage products through the entire lifecycle, from initial concept through to launch and beyond.
- Extensive experience working with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships.
- Solid experience working with both qualitative customer insights and quantitative customer data to inform decisions. Experience with Mixpanel is an advantage.
- Strong sense of ownership with the ability to collaborate effectively in a results-driven environment.
- Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in German is a plus.
- Experience working in a scale-up company is highly desirable.
