Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultations: Conduct virtual meetings to understand clients’ financial goals, assess their needs, and provide tailored insurance solutions.
  • Clear Communication: Explain policy features, coverage options, and premium costs, ensuring clients fully understand their choices.
  • Ongoing Support: Offer exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, assisting with policy changes, and guiding clients through the claims process.
  • Relationship Building: Develop long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and updates to their policies.
  • Compliance: Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to industry regulations and company policies.
