Job Description
This is a remote position.
Work schedule: flexible anytime (Client Time: Dallas, TX)
Scope:
Make outbound calls for 20-40 hours per week
Work remotely from home office
Collaborate with the wholesale real estate team to achieve company goals
Adapt to evolving strategies and techniques in lead generation
Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calls to potential leads using provided lists
Perform skip tracing to locate and contact property owners
Qualify leads based on company criteria
Overcome objections and build rapport with potential clients
Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups
Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated
Basic understanding of real estate terminology
Proficiency in using computers and CRM software
Resilience and ability to handle rejection positively
