Job Description

We are looking for an Account-Based Marketing Manager to build and execute tailored programs that power the upsell and expansion of our existing customer base. Reporting to our Manager, Demand Generation, you will be responsible for supporting our sales motion by designing, building and executing  account-centric efforts that translate into pipeline, driving higher deal size, and conversion across the funnel. 

An excellent candidate for this role is experienced in building, executing, and measuring account-centric (ABM) programs to multiple personas in an organization. You are a data-driven, deeply collaborative marketer. You enjoy working closely with sales to ensure processes and measurements are aligned to support outcomes. You love the use of the latest technology to enable personalized targeting to individuals across their buying journey. 

This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.

What you’ll do at Figma:

  • Develop and refine Figma’s approach to global Account-Based Marketing, including defining the KPIs, systems of measurement, and channel strategy
  • Execute and optimize a data-driven ABM strategy to achieve sales goals and contribute incremental revenue
  • Deploy multi-channel ABM campaigns, including crafting strategy, aligning internal teams, and project managing execution
  • Iterate and optimize campaigns based on data and ROI analysis of programs and tactics, applying an experimentation mindset 
  • Provide ongoing reporting, campaign insights and pacing toward goal to stakeholders
  • Partner with regional Demand Generation Managers, Field Marketers, Sales, and BDRs to build integrated campaign motions
  • Work closely with marketing & sales operations functions to support high-performing ABM tool integrations and real-time visibility into performance
  • Document processes and best practices in our handbook for marketing and sales teams to reference
  • Be the driver of ongoing communications, reporting, quarterly business reviews and influence a range of stakeholders including executives 

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • 4+ years of experience working on pipeline generating marketing teams  
  • Have worked closely with product-led growth sales personas in the past 
  • Strong ability to gather input and establish alignment between a large number of stakeholders
  • Proven track record of getting large marketing programs successfully implemented delivering results
  • Strong analytical skills to draw conclusions and make directional decisions
  • Familiarity with building and implementing account-based marketing programs 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with effective listening and a strong collaborative attitude

While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:

  • Direct experience in a sales role
  • Direct experience working with Field Marketing 
  • Strong knowledge of Marketing Ops
  • Experience in a SaaS environment
