Wrike is seeking a results-driven Account-based Marketing (ABM) manager with a strong background in demand generation to join our global team of marketing professionals in our mission to achieve career-defining work! This role is critical for driving revenue in a specific set of high-value accounts through specific marketing tactics and campaigns. More about the ABM Team

This is an individual contributor role reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Account-based Marketing. The ABM team is part of the broader demand generation team which includes our integrated campaigns team as well as regional and event marketers. You’ll also work cross functionally with core marketing functions on campaign concepts, content requirements, digital marketing, message testing, and creative development to ensure effectiveness for key accounts. And most importantly, you’ll work closely with our sales team to help ensure alignment on messaging, goals, and strategy.

How You’ll Make an Impact

The primary goal of this role is to achieve increased engagement, pipeline, and ultimately revenue within a specific set of strategic accounts. Your responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute one-to-one, one-to-few, and one-to-many campaigns
  • Deploy campaigns using multiple tactics including email, digital advertising, direct mail, content syndication, etc.
  • Monitor campaign performance and analyze results to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
  • Coordinate with GTM teams to develop internal ABM processes and standardized reporting mechanisms
  • Develop and test customized messaging that resonates with core buying groups
  • Drive campaign success through partnership with sales team to ensure alignment on campaign messaging, tactics, goals, and strategy
  • Lead sales enablement and monitor campaign execution including outreach and follow-up processes
  • Collaborate with regional marketing team to deploy and scale ABM efforts globally
  • Work cross functionally with core marketing functions on campaign concepts, content requirements, digital marketing support/message testing, and creative development to ensure effectiveness for key accounts
  • Learn and leverage Wrike’s ABM tools
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices for ABM and bring new insights and ideas to the team.
  • Own and execute on special projects

How we work

Wrike’s ABM technology stack currently includes Demandbase, Marketo, Salesforce, LinkedIn, and Salesloft. And of course, all work itself is managed in Wrike!

You will achieve your best if you have

  • 3+ years of experience demonstrated success in B2B marketing, demand generation, and account-based marketing – preferably within a SaaS or Tech environment
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM systems, and sales processes
  • Experience building and managing field marketing campaigns, events, executive, and key account programs
  • Extremely organized with the ability to manage multiple project simultaneously skills with keen attention to details
  • Flexibility to work in a rapidly changing environment

You will stand out with

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in the areas of Marketing, Business Management, Computer Science or equivalent fields of study
  • Demonstrated successful experience in developing and executing account-based marketing campaigns
  • ITSMA, Demandbase, or equivalent ABM certification
  • Experience in implementing and/or leveraging a multi-touch attribution model for marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with ABM tools such as Demandbase, Terminus, Folloze, 6sense, etc.
