Why We Need You

You are a seasoned Business Development professional with a proven track record of providing world class account management. You are able to bridge the gap between technical considerations and business processes. Your experience identifying, attracting and developing relationships will be critical to scaling EigenDA’s developer base. Your role will be instrumental in driving adoption and in realizing our mission to create more open innovation on blockchains.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be assisting with operating and scaling the EigenDA business development machine. This role requires providing essential support for EigenDA projects from incubation to their mainnet launch and beyond.

Responsibilities include:

• Acting as the first line of contact for EigenDA customers
• Expanding ecosystem through prospecting and strategic outreach
• Analyzing customer needs and providing high-touch, tailored solutions
• Maintaining ongoing support for existing EigenDA customers, providing Product and Engineering teams with user feedback to strengthen and develop product roadmap
• Documenting, tracking, and analyzing customer pipeline using the CRM tool (Hubspot) and business intelligence tools

What you’ll bring

• 3+ years of experience working in an account management role
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and the data availability stack
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers
• Experience with CRM and BI platforms
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with strong problem solving skills
