We are seeking an Accounting and Payroll Jr. Analyst to support our financial team. This role will involve assisting with internal accounting for projects and managing payroll-related tasks for personnel in Colombia. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and comfortable working in a collaborative environment to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Main Responsibilities:

• Collaborate in the execution of the payroll process for Jala Colombia SAS, in accordance with the current Colombian labor legislation
• Perform the accounting records of the entities in charge, as well as their analysis and the generation of Financial Statements for submission to the Group’s Accounting Management
• Additionally, collaborate with the submission of the monthly payroll based on the reports provided by the People Business Partner, for review and approval.
• Prepare the monthly Financial Statements for the entities in charge for analysis and consolidation with those of the other subsidiaries.
• Assist in monthly financial closing activities.
• Conduct reconciliations of accounts, including intercompany accounts.
• Support internal and external audit processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• English Level: Upper-intermediate.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with payroll software, preferably HELISA
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles.
