Job Description
Voltex is a leading manufacturer of electrical accessories supplying electricians in Australia and New Zealand. Voltex is looking for an experienced Agile Marketing Coordinator that’s had experience as a Business Analysis or Scrum Master. This role will play a crucial part in supporting various marketing activities aimed at promoting our products and enhancing brand awareness.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent organizational skills, and have a passion for marketing. Additionally, they will be adept at implementing marketing strategies, coordinating campaigns through various channels, and adapting quickly to changing business needs.
Key Responsibilities
1.Assist in the development and execution of agile marketing plans and strategies.
2.Coordinate marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, print, and events.
3.Collaborate with internal teams using agile methodologies to gather marketing collateral and assets for campaigns.
4.Support the creation and editing of marketing content, including copywriting and graphic design.
5.Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts and engaging with followers.
6.Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and report on the performance of campaigns.
7.Assist in organizing and attending marketing events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
8.Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
9.Coordinate/communicate with external vendors, agencies, and partners as needed.
10.Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling inquiries.
Requirements
1.Proven experience of 2-4 years in marketing, advertising, or related roles.
2.2 Year Experience as a business analysis or scrum master.
3.Strong written and verbal communication skills.
4.Proficiency in marketing software/tools (e.g., CRM, email marketing platforms, social media management tools).
5.Excellent organizational and time management skills.
6.Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
7.Attention to detail and accuracy.
8.Edge – ability to make difficult calls/decisions even when you’d like more data.
9.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10.Experience with agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) and methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
