Job Title: Appointment Setter & Customer Relations Representative

Location: THIS IS A REMOTE JOB ONLY. Must be able to work local Anchorage, AK time 10 am to 7 pm Tuesday through Saturday (working days can be discussed during the interview).

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Appointment Setter & Customer Relations Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for generating appointments for customers interested in vehicles, following up on leads, and providing assistance with loan applications. 1. Lead Management:

   – Effectively manage leads from various online sources and phone calls.

   – Follow up with leads in a timely manner to understand their vehicle preferences and schedule appointments accordingly.

2. Appointment Setting:

   – Communicate with customers to schedule appointments for test drives, vehicle viewings, and financing consultations or browsing our inventory at our dealership.

   – Coordinate with sales and finance teams to ensure appointments are scheduled efficiently and meet customer needs.

3. Customer Relations:

   – Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, answering questions about vehicle inventory, financing options, and dealership promotions.

   – Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and preferences, guiding them through the vehicle selection and purchasing process.

4. Loan Application Assistance:

   – Assist customers with completing loan applications and gathering necessary documentation for financing approval.

   – Collaborate with the finance team to ensure loan applications are processed accurately and efficiently.

5. Communication:

  • Advanced speaking and communication skills in English

   – Maintain clear and professional communication with team members to coordinate appointment schedules, follow-ups, and customer interactions.

   – Keep customers informed throughout the vehicle purchasing process, providing updates on vehicle availability, financing approvals, and appointment reminders.


– Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related fields is preferred.

– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.

– Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

– Proficient in using computer applications and software for data entry, email communication, and appointment scheduling.

– Knowledge of automotive financing processes and dealership operations is a plus.

– High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in business administration or related fields are desirable.


– Competitive starting hourly pay at $4/hour

– $6 commission per each appointment showed up to dealership and loan application submitted

– Paid 1 hour lunch per working day
