Job Description


We are looking for a motivated and driven Associate Sales Representative to join our sales team. In this role, the Associate Sales Representative (ASR) will work closely with a senior sales representative who will guide their development at Ethisphere until they are assigned their own, independent sales territory.  This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited sales experience to build their skills and grow their career. A successful Associate Sales Representative will fully understand the roles, responsibilities and strategies of our customer base and be able to advocate for how the Ethisphere solutions help our clients enact those strategies.

  • Learn and understand our products, services, and target market
  • Prospect via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo and other tools to uncover new opportunities for Director/VP of Strategic Accounts and set meetings and qualified appointments as directed.
  • Manage a daily flow of inbound and prospective leads through sequencing to drive to a confirm meeting
  • Maintain daily, weekly and monthly activity levels set by manager to achieve sales targets
  • Identify and invite appropriate prospects to exclusive events so sales discussions can take place
  • Begin running sales conversations under the guidance of senior sales representatives
  • Develop strategies for both territory growth and account-specific growth
  • Complete sales rep certification program
  • Monitor pipeline development and progress via usage of Salesforce
  • Continuously improve sales skills and knowledge through ongoing training and development


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least one year of previous corporate sales experience
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Outreach, LI Sales Navigator, Zoominfo
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
