REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience 5+ years
• Strong working experience in development with Mendix and Native mobile mendix.
• Strong experience in Java programming language.
• Strong experience in frontend technologies HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery and React.
• Knowledge of software development best practices, including agile methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of Mendix Studio, Mendix Studio Pro, and Mendix Runtime.
• Experience developing custom widgets and modules for Mendix.
• Experience working with databases and data modeling.
• Experience integrating Mendix applications with external systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Support to implement batch retrieval to make our application fit for big data.
• Modification of the multiselect widget to improve application performance.
• Implementation of hashdiff logic for documents to improve data load performance and enhancement of Excel export performance.
• Implementation of automated testing to verify data sets of Mendix and Snowflake for improved data consistencyKnowledge of performance optimization techniques is critical for ensuring efficient gameplay.
• Communication and Teamwork: Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential for effective collaboration within the development team.
• Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders effectively

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Writing and reviewing great quality code
• Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analysing the client’s needs in the context of the project
• Envisioning the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements, and being able to define technologies, patterns and frameworks to realize it
• Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets
• Enabling application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities.
• Being able to lead/support UAT and production roll outs
• Creating, understanding and validating WBS and estimated effort for given module/task, and being able to justify it
• Addressing issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement
• Giving constructive feedback to the team members and setting clear expectations.
• Helping the team in troubleshooting and resolving of complex bugs
• Coming up with solutions to any issue that is raised during code/design review and being able to justify the decision taken
• Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
