We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented BIM Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a BIM Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating Building Information Modeling (BIM) projects, ensuring the successful implementation of BIM workflows and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall implementation of BIM workflows and protocols across projects. –
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to establish and maintain project-specific BIM standards. –
• Oversee and coordinate the development and maintenance of BIM models for various disciplines using software like Autodesk Revit. –
• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of BIM models throughout the project lifecycle. –
• Perform clash detection and resolve any conflicts between different systems within the BIM models. –
• Review and verify construction drawings and documentation for compliance with project requirements. –
• Provide training and support to project team members to enhance their understanding and proficiency in BIM workflows. –
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in BIM technology and practices. –
• Conduct quality checks to ensure the accuracy and completeness of BIM models and associated documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. –
• Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator or in a similar role. –
• Proficiency in BIM software, such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, or Bentley Systems software. –
• Strong knowledge of BIM workflows, protocols, and standards. –
• Ability to interpret and analyze architectural and engineering drawings and specifications. –
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. –
• Effective communication and collaboration skills. –
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. –
• Experience with clash detection software and coordination with other disciplines. –
• Professional certifications in BIM, such as Autodesk Certified Professional (ACP), are a plus.
