We are working with a leading OEM of X-ray and Gantry machines, who are seeking to integrate advanced BIM (Building Information Modeling) models into their hospital installation processes. The objective is to preemptively address issues such as electrical access, structural interferences, and spatial limitations during machine installations. We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Developer with Revit customization experience to spearhead this initiative.

The project focuses on building detailed BIM models, developing libraries for the gantry machines, and automating the BIM model and drawing creation process through custom utility development. This role is integral in ensuring that hospital infrastructure models help identify and mitigate installation challenges beforehand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of customized BIM models for the client’s hospital infrastructure projects.
• Gather and document technical requirements.
• Develop, test, and implement custom Revit utilities for automating BIM modeling processes.
• Perform unit testing to ensure product quality.
• Manage software releases, including version control and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 6-9 years of experience in CAD customization.
• Extensive experience with Revit and C# APIs (Mandatory).
• Strong expertise in geometry handling, 3D modeling, and drawing creation.
• Proficiency with development tools such as Visual Studio, text comparison tools, and source code management systems.
• Experience with test setup, release management, and version control processes.
