About the job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager for Mexico & Central America. Your goal will be to drive sales growth, acquire new customers, and ensure service quality while implementing and executing sales strategies in line with Franke’s values. This role requires an individual who can work independently, build strong relationships, and regularly visit customers and distributors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, marketing, or engineering.
  • Proven experience in distributor management, with a strong sales track record and key account experience.
  • Network in the professional coffee machines or coffee industry is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and able to work from home with frequent customer and distributor visits.

Your tasks

  • Sales Strategy Development & Execution: Conduct market analysis, define and implement sales strategies, identify target customers, and manage the execution of sales activities.
  • Distributor Management: Develop strong relationships with distributors, ensuring alignment with Franke’s objectives and facilitating negotiations where needed.
  • New Customer Acquisition: Focus on acquiring large and medium chains, local distribution partners, and roasters in the professional coffee-making industry.
  • Service Network Support: Oversee the service network’s development and performance, supporting partners to ensure the highest standards of customer service.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Provide regular updates on market trends, distributor activities, and sales performance while monitoring sales forecasts to ensure targets are achieved.
