We are committed to helping ShiftCare customers boost their efficiency so they can continue to deliver highly personalised care to their clients. As the ShiftCare Outbound Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for qualifying the ShiftCare value proposition to prospective customers identified via outbound activities.

Our clients are small to mid-size companies across the ANZ region and we are looking for you to focus on the mid-market to drive sales and customer growth. Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to drive new business growth.

You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to identify new prospects, generate leads, and create sales opportunities.

Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in generating leads, developing new business relationships, and closing deals in the health-tech SaaS space.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement outbound sales strategies to generate leads and drive new business growth
  • Identify and prospect potential customers, initiate contact, and build relationships through email, phone, and social media channels.
  • Utilise a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and present the value proposition of our solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and target markets.
  • Work closely with our marketing team to optimise messaging and campaign strategies.
  • Collaborate with other sales team members to develop and execute sales proposals and presentations.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in outbound business development or sales in the SaaS health-tech.
  • Demonstrated success in generating leads and closing deals in a SaaS environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot.
