Position: (LatAm) Business Development Rep

Scope of the Role :

The Sales Admin role is a pivotal position driving sales growth and refining processes. Acting as a seasoned Business Development Representative (BDR), the individual will orchestrate email outreach, follow-ups, and call scheduling, supported by the Sales Development Representative (SDR). This hybrid role embodies aspects of a sales manager, focused on optimizing existing processes while spearheading outreach initiatives. Proficiency in CRM tools is imperative to streamline operations and enhance sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in CRM Tools: Experience with general CRM software to effectively manage customer relationships, track sales activities, and streamline processes.
  • Sales Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a similar sales role, demonstrating a successful track record of achieving sales targets and driving results.
  • Sales Initiative: Ability to proactively drive sales initiatives and contribute to the improvement of existing sales processes.
  • Collaboration Skills: Experience working collaboratively with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and other team members to achieve common sales goals.
