Ready to make a real impact? We’re seeking an ambitious Business Development Representative to join our vibrant Client Sales team in the heart of London. This isn’t just a job—it’s your chance to be part of a movement that’s transforming how the world prioritizes wellbeing.


  • Drive engagement: Engage potential clients through calls, emails, social media, and other creative channels.
  • Drive growth: Nurture leads, hit or exceed monthly targets, and unearth untapped opportunities. 
  • Champion wellbeing: Be an ambassador for Wellhub, educating partners on our mission to make well-being accessible to all.
  • Build Relationships: Network with industry leaders at events, both within Wellhub and beyond.
  • Be a Team Player: Collaborate, support your colleagues, and celebrate successes together.
  • Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your team’s. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life balance


  • Driven by success: You have at least 1 year of experience in sales or relationship management (preferably in a B2B environment), and a track record of achieving goals. 
  • Multitasker: A self-starter who can multi-task and adapt to a fast-growing international organization
  • Adaptable and resourceful: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects with ease. You are an optimist, and have the resilience to handle the ups and downs of a scale-up organization in a business development function.
  • Communication powerhouse: You connect effortlessly with people, both in writing and in conversation.  
  • Passionate about wellbeing: You’re excited to contribute to a company that’s making a difference. It’s a plus if you have a high affinity for sports, fitness, nutrition, and/or mental wellbeing.
