Position Overview

Airtm is seeking a growth-oriented Business Operations Lead to join our dynamic team. As a Business Operations Lead you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and health and overseeing execution of high-value initiatives. This role involves supporting multiple aspects of the revenue generation process, from business development and marketing alignment to data analytics and process optimization.

What you’ll be responsible for

1-Revenue & Pricing Strategy

 a)Participate on the platform pricing strategy, specific to different payment methods and business units, and collaborate with Finance and Growth to develop and execute it ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

 b)Try out different pricing approaches to fuel growth, then review the initial results to figure out what’s working and make the experiment a success.

 c)Develop business cases to identify ways to improve volume and both gross and net margins through strategic optimizations.

2-Business Development 

 a)Explore market trends and user behavior to identify and launch promising new payment methods

 b)Work closely with Product and Business Development leaders to contribute to new strategic partnerships or initiatives, aimed at driving revenue growth

 c)Serve as a central point of contact for our existing providers and actively engage in negotiations and relationship-building with potential future partners.

3-Data Analysis and Reporting

a)Design and enhance dashboards for effective monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs).

b)Transform data into actionable recommendations to drive growth and optimize margins.

4-Product development

a)Create product requests aimed at improve the user experience, develop new tools or improve existing processes/systems

Experience, skills & stack required

-Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Engineering, or a related field. 

.5+ years of experience in Revenue, Planning or Business Development roles, with experience in fintech, SaaS, or e-commerce environments.

.Advanced Spreadsheets and presentation skills.

-Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with a deep understanding of revenue and growth metrics.

.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Advanced writing and speaking english skills 

Preferred Qualifications

-SQL and Tableau knowledge.

-Demonstrated analytical, statistical, and/or quantitative skills/relevant experience. 

.MBA or equivalent advanced degree.

-Intellectual curiosity, critical thinking, proactiveness and the ability to learn quickly.
