Job Description

Reporting to the Director, Channel Operations, you will support our Americas channel sales and engineering teams. You will also be a key member of our wider strategic Partners and Alliances organization optimizing the end-to-end experience for partners and internal channel teams. This is an individual contributor role.

You will support our Americas channel and engineering teams in sales operations and channel operations.

  • Sales Operations = forecasting, analytics, compensation, quota setting
  • Channel Operations = programs, processes, promotions, systems enhancements

You will influence the success of our Americas channel and worldwide Partners and Alliances organizations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily sales operations of the Americas channel sales and engineering teams
  • Define and deliver business analytics and metrics packages to stakeholders
  • Operational planning including quota assignment, SFDC maintenance, account assignment, territory creation, headcount planning.
  • Business process improvement, workflow creation, productivity improvement projects
  • Work within sales process applications including Clari, SFDC, Apptus, Xactly, Tableau, etc.
  • Provide oversight and inspection to sales compensation items
  • Analyze partner business plans to ensure documentation of partner initiatives and progress towards the plan
  • Develop operational training/enablement materials, provide coaching sessions to stakeholders
  • Create documentation regarding channel organizational structure, coverage maps, resources
  • Ad hoc analysis, projects extending outside of daily responsibilities

What We’re Looking for:

  • College Degree and 6-10 years related work experience required
  • Experience with channel organizations and partner types (Resellers, Distributors, System Integrators, Service Providers, Cloud Service Providers)
  • SFDC proficiency with pipeline hygiene, account object management, deal registrations, reporting
  • Expert level Google Workspace
  • Interface with all levels of employees, from Executive level to ICs
  • Manage multiple projects, succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Work with IT, Enablement, Finance, Marketing, Legal
