Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Entry-Level Channel Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will support revenue growth and build strong relationships with our strategic partners across North America. You will manage 1-2 key accounts and assist in expanding these relationships, driving sales, and exploring new opportunities.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to build and maintain partner relationships.
- Help translate technical information into benefits that resonate with partners.
- Support setting marketing goals and assist in forecasting and analyzing sales data.
- Aid in managing vendor relationships and ensuring alignment with company goals.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Basic understanding of channel relationships and sales processes.
- Willingness to learn how to develop and execute sales plans to help increase partner revenues.
- Interest in the cybersecurity field and how it relates to sales.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Basic sales and customer service skills.
- Good time management and organizational skills, with an ability to meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to adapt and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Education and Experience:
- College diploma or equivalent.
- Some experience in sales or a related field is helpful, but not required.
- Experience in a Value-Added Reseller (VAR) environment is a plus.
