We are seeking a proactive and motivated Appointment Setter to join our team. This role involves leveraging our CRM to directly call real estate agents, engaging them with our services, and securing appointments.

• Utilize a dialer to reach out to real estate agents.
• Clearly communicate the value proposition of Mesitis services.
• Schedule appointments for Mesitis with potential leads.
• Maintain a consistent calling schedule to meet weekly targets of 100-200 dials a day.
• Expectation: Book 2 appointments a day with a goal of 3-5.

Opportunity to advance to a Closer role with increased earnings of $750 per deal closed.

Job Requirements:

• No prior experience is required, full training provided.
• Ability to work at least 4 hours daily.
