Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Content Marketing Specialist / Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. This role is critical to owning and executing our content strategy across multiple channels, including email marketing, social media (organic), and our website/blogs.
Key Responsibilities
- Email Marketing:
- Develop, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive conversions.
- Manage and email subscriber list, ensuring segmentation and personalization for targeted campaigns.
- Monitor and report on email performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Social Media (Organic):
- Manage and execute our social media strategy across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok and Instagram.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our audience.
- Monitor social media trends, respond to audience interactions, and analyze the effectiveness of our social media efforts.
- Website and Blogs:
- Own the content strategy for our website and blog, ensuring it aligns with our overall marketing goals.
- Write, edit, and optimize blog posts, landing pages, and other web content for SEO and user engagement.
- Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure a seamless content experience across the site.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in content marketing, preferably within B2B SaaS or technology/software businesses in the B2B space, in a startup.
- Proven ability to create compelling, high-quality content across email, social media, and web platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO, email marketing best practices, and social media strategy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and a creative flair.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) and content management systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Able to analyse and optimise continuously to achieve target metrics for engagement and conversion
- Work schedule is Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM
