Position: CRM Analyst 2 – 2079231810
Working Hours/Shift: M- F, MUST BE OPEN WORKING on 12MN to 8AM PHILIPPINE STANDARD TIME
Salary Range: 1600 USD

Responsibilities:
- Your day-to-day duties may include: reviewing internal communications and third party data sources to extract and log relevant information and data points; performing lead generation research and data entry; importing and exporting data from our CRM and trading platform; cleaning and organizing large CSV files; and updating client database profiles.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- At least five (5) years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
- Have an undergraduate degree or college diploma in a relevant area, such as economics or business administration.
- Have experience in working in or on a customer relationship management software program, such as Salesforce, Affinity, Hubspot or Pipedrive.
- Be highly organized, efficient, quick, patient and detail-oriented, with a keen eye for and interest in managing, organizing, updating, cleaning and processing large sets of customer data, and performing data import/exports and migrations.
- Ideally, have experience successfully working 12MN-8AM Philippine Standard Time
