What we’re looking for

We are looking for a Braze Consultant to manage and grow our CRM Practice. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of all client-facing CRM Campaign briefing, creative, and delivery. 

This a creative role that, over time, will develop into a CRM team manager position. 

Responsibilities

Campaign Briefing & Strategy

β€’ Work with clients to create campaign roadmaps and calendars

β€’ Manage the campaign briefing and requirements-gathering process

β€’ Optimise the campaign setup, delivery, and reporting process

β€’ Help the team turn experiments into complex lifecycle flows using triggers and segmentations that intelligently send campaigns with both static and dynamic content

Campaign Delivery

β€’ Plan & Deploy campaigns across channels: email, push messaging, in-app and SMS

β€’ Campaign Setup

β—¦ Review the campaign journey

β—¦ Email template configuration & review

β—¦ Email setup – light design, HTML, and CSS skills needed

β—¦ Copy & CTA review – copy & content will be provided

β€’ Campaign configuration

β—¦ Setup journeys

β—¦ Setup Segments

β€’ Reporting

β—¦ Campaign performance review & benchmarking

β—¦ Provide recommendations & enhancements

Experience

β€’ 5+ years experience in a CRM campaign management role

β€’ Extensive experience working with the Braze platform, demonstrating proficiency in utilizing its features for effective CRM campaigns and strategies.

β€’ Experience in one or more of these areas: 

β—¦ Experience in blogging, content creation, or website management

β—¦ Experience in a CRM, Marketing, and Lifecycle Marketing Role

β—¦ HTML / CSS 

β—¦ Design experience – photoshop, canva, …
