The Curriculum Design Specialist Role is responsible for the development of learning content, programs and curriculum in partnership with subject matter experts for business specific needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creation of e-learning, workshops, training guides, and curriculum for specified business needs in a timely manner.
• Work in partnership with subject matter experts to organize and develop effective training content.
• Innovation through e-learning and educational technology tools to scale learning across organization.
• Measurement of learning programs/initiatives.
• Development and management of content on Learning Management System.
• Curation of 3rd Party Content for LMS.
• Maintenance and updating of content to meet evolving needs of the business.
