As a Polish Speaking Customer Advisor, you will interact with Polish-speaking customers, assisting them with their inquiries, and providing them with solutions and product information. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and want to grow within a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer support to Polish-speaking clients via phone
  • Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally
  • Provide accurate information about our products and services
  • Document customer interactions meticulously
  • Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Participate in training sessions to develop skills and product knowledge
  • Achieve individual and team performance targets

Requirements

  • Fluency in Polish and English is essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities
  • Detail-oriented and organized approach to tasks
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece
  • Valid EU passport or ID required
