Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer support to German-speaking users across various channels (phone, email, and chat)
• Address inquiries related to account management, content selection, and technical issues
• Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving streaming issues
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system
• Offer insights and suggestions to enhance the overall customer experience
• Collaborate with the team to share knowledge and drive service improvements
• Stay up-to-date with platform features, industry trends, and competitor offerings

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the tech or entertainment industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Passion for streaming platforms and knowledge of current trends in media
